STATUS
Indicates the operating status of the A.C.U., which is continuously updated according to the various events that occur. The
following may be displayed:
• N.C. -
• FAULT -
• NOT INS. -
• WORKING - Indicates that the A.C.U. is inserted and is operating correctly.
INSERT
Used for activating or disactivating a NORMAL or BACKUP A.C.U. configured with either manual or automatic activa-
tion/disactivation mode (MODE field of the ACU configuration menu).
Either a NORMAL or a BACKUP unit can be activated or disactivated manually at any moment, for example, when you need
to carry out a test to check the automatic activation of the respective backup.
Use the + and - keys to select one of the following options:
• ON – A.C.U. activated..
• OFF – A.C.U. disactivated.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• When it is not possible to modify the parameter of the INSERT field, an acoustic warning signal is generated ("beep").
• The NORMAL units are normally activated (ON); the BACKUP units are always normally disactivated (OFF).
• When a NORMAL unit is disactivated and the group of A.C.U.s to which it belongs includes a backup amplifier that is not
controlled by an RB 3300 back-amplifier board, this amplifier is always automatically activated in place of the primary
amplifier.
To display the subsequent or previous A.C.U.s, press the ↑ / ↓ and/or pag ↑ / pag ↓ keys.
