PRINT CONFIGURATION Move the selection point to this menu item and press ENTER to have a printout of the system configuration. The
printout indicates, for the various system devices, the number of system components that have been configured
by means of the related menu of the control unit, and the number of system components that have been detected
and correctly programmed by the control unit. The following screen appears on the control unit display.

DATE & TIME
Move the selection point to this menu item and press ENTER to set the current date and time. The following screen
appears on the control unit display.
DATE & TIME SETTING
DATE: used for setting the current day, month, and year. Use the direction keys to move the selection point to the
field of the day, month, and year, and enter the desired values using the numerical keypad or the + and - keys.
TIME: used for setting the current hour, minutes, and seconds. Use the direction keys to move the selection point
to the field of the hours, minutes, and seconds, and enter the desired values using the numerical keypad or the +
and - keys.
To exit from the submenu, press ESC and proceed as described in the section "EXIT FROM A MENU".
DAY/NIGHT PROGRAM Move the selection point to this menu item and press ENTER to program the time range for the DAY/NIGHT PRO-
GRAM function of the A.C.U. (see the section DAY/NIGHT PROGRAM FUNCTION). The following screen appears
on the control unit display.
DAY / NIGHT PROGRAM SETTING
START TIME: used for setting the start time of the night-time attenuation, expressed in hours and minutes. Use the
direction keys to move the selection point to the field of the hours or minutes, and enter the desired values using
the numerical keypad or the + and - keys.
END TIME: used for setting the end time of the night-time attenuation, expressed in hours and minutes. Use the
direction keys to move the selection point to the field of the hours or minutes, and enter the desired values using
the numerical keypad or the + and - keys.
IMPORTANT NOTE
• The time range set is used by all the A.C.U.s having the DAY/NIGHT program function enabled (see the section
USING THE "ACU" MENU).
PASSWORD
Used for defining the "user password", which makes it possible to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing
certain menus of the control unit (see the section PASSWORD FOR MENU ACCESS). Move the selection point to
this menu item and press ENTER to set the password. The following screen appears on the control unit display.
PASSWORD SETTING
TYPE THE PASSWORD: ____________
RE-TYPE PASSWORD:
TYPE THE PASSWORD: used for entering the password, which can be composed of a maximum of 8 numerical
characters. Use the numerical keypad to enter the various numbers.
RE-TYPE PASSWORD: used for entering the password again in order to be sure that the password previously ty-
ped in the TYPE THE PASSWORD field is correct.
IMPORTANT NOTE
• When assigning the password, keep in mind the following indications:
After completing the two fields, press MEMORY to save the password on the hard disk of the control unit. If the
operation is successful and the password set is correctly stored, the MEMORY LED (ref. 6 - Fig. 1, page 70) lights
up. A new password set is immediately operational, and this password will be requested at the next attempt to ac-
cess one of the protected menus.
To exit from the submenu, press ESC.
