Cover it with a foil.
Do not seal, because the fermentation needs oxygen. We can cover it with a carton board.
After about 36 hours, you should now smell and see the fermentation. If it looks mushy and
smells of wine, add 1200ml to 1500ml of cold water that has been boiled to sterilize it,mix the
water by stirring (use a sterile wooden spoon dip it in hot water before use).
