Problem
An instrument self-test error #20 is
displayed when you switch on the
EasyOne-CS
An instrument self-test error #14 or
#15 is displayed when you start a
new test.
In instrument self-test error #25 is
displayed when you switch on the
EasyOne
The instrument has been config-
ured for the wrong region.
Possible cause
The printer is not switched on or not
ready
EasyOne-CS is not connected cor-
rectly to the Screen-Connector
A spirette™ has been inserted dur-
ing the switch-on process OR it is
not inserted correctly
The spirette™ is not positioned
correctly
The internal battery of the EasyOne-
CS may be defective
The wrong region has been selected
when you switched on for the first
time.
Solution
Ensure that the printer is switched
on and that it also has paper.
Switch the printer off again and
back on again.
Connect the Screen-Connector cor-
rectly to the EasyOne-CS.
Switch the instrument back on
again with spirette™ inserted or
without spirette™. If the error mes-
sage is repeated, please contact
your dealer.
Insert the spirette™ as described in
Chapter 4.1 and try again. If the
error message reoccurs, please
contact you EasyOne dealer.
Switch the instrument back on
again. If the error message reoc-
curs, please contact your EasyOne
dealer.
Perform a complete instrument
reset: switch the instrument off and
back on again and enter digit string
1-3-5. Press Enter to perform a full
reset.
