RETARDER (OPTIONAL)
É utilizzabile quando si vuole ottenere il rallentamento
del veicolo. L'utilizzo di questo dispositivo, consente di
ridurre l'usura dei freni.
La forza frenante è modulabile in tre diversi livelli.
Pos. "0": il RETARDER è spento e non viene prodotto
alcun effetto frenante sul veicolo (la spia n° 1 è spenta).
Pos. "1": il RETARDER è inserito e l'effetto frenante
sul veicolo è al livello di 1/3 della forza massima (la
spia n° 1 è accesa).
Pos. "2": il RETARDER è inserito e l'effetto frenante
sul veicolo è al livello di 2/3 della forza massima (la
spia n° 1 è accesa).
Pos. "3": il RETARDER è inserito e l'effetto frenante
sul veicolo è al livello massimo (la spia n° 1 è accesa).
Dopo una lunga discesa percorsa con il rallentatore
RETARDER attivo, è opportuno non fermare subito il
veicolo, ma bensì procedere per circa 2 Km per facilitare
il raffreddamento del RETARDER.

AVVERTENZE

• Non usare il RETARDER come freno di stazionamento.
• Usare il RETARDER solo con le quattro ruote motrici
inserite.
• Non attivare il RETARDER su fondi scivolosi, bagnati
o ghiacciati perché può provocare bloccaggi.
• L'uso prolungato ne provoca il surriscaldamento con
una conseguenza perdita di efficienza.
• Tenere il RETARDER pulito da erba e materiale in-
fiammabile.
• Non utilizzare il RETARDER con l'autocaricante per
foraggio.
• Non avvicinarsi al RETARDER in funzione.

RETARDER (OPTIONAL)
Can be used when you want to slowdown the vehicle.
Using this device reduces brake wear.
The braking force can be adjusted on three different
levels.
Pos. "0": the RETARDER is off and does not produce any
dampening effect on the vehicle (indicator light 1 is off).
Pos. "1": the RETARDER is enabled and the braking
effect on the vehicle is at a level of 1/3 of maximum
force (indicator light 1 is on).
Pos. "2": the RETARDER is enabled and the braking
effect on the vehicle is at a level of 2/3 of maximum
force (indicator light 1 is on).
Pos. "3": the RETARDER is enabled and the braking
effect on the vehicle is at a level of 2/3 of maximum
force (indicator light 1 is on).
After a long descent with the RETARDER enabled, you
should not stop the vehicle immediately, but rather pro-
ceed for about 2 Km to allow the RETARDER to cool down.
WARNINGS
• Do not use the RETARDER as a parking brake.
• Use the RETARDER only with the four-wheel drive
enabled.
• Do not enable the RETARDER on slippery, wet or icy
ground because it can create jams.
• Prolonged use may cause overheating of the same
resulting in reduced performance.
• Keep the RETARDER clean, free from grass and
flammable material.
• Do not use the RETARDER with the self loading
wagon.
• Do not approach the RETARDER while it is running.
