Chicken
thighs
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180 ºC.
• When it has reached the temperature put the thighs
or wings into the bucket and add a tablespoon of oil.
You can pre-spice the thighs, spraying a little oil and
spices on top.
• Put them in the fryer for at least 15-25 min. Every
ten minutes, open the pan and turn the thighs and
wings so they cook evenly.
• Serve on a plate and season to taste.
*Optional:
Marinated chicken: place the meat in a container
adjusted to its size and submerge in the chosen
pairing. Leave 12 hours in the fridge previously.
Accompany your dish with some potatoes or
vegetables cooked in your JOCCA Air Fryer.

-Broth, thyme, bay leaf and
lemon
Rotate

-Poppy seeds
