~Tips for healthy cooking~
✓ Before starting and while we prepare the ingredients, we preheat
the fryer for a few minutes.
✓ Shake or move the food periodically to achieve uniform cooking.
✓ Do not fill the bucket so as not to overload it too much with the
amount of food, and thus make it easier for air to circulate between
the pieces.
✓ You can put the food without defrosting and cook it directly.
✓ Cleans easily by filling the bucket with water and a few drops of
soap, we put the fryer at 180 º C for 10 minutes.
When it's finished and it doesn't burn, we rinse it off and wipe it
down with a cloth and that's it!
✓ To better dose the oil, get a dosing spray of oil.
✓ The pieces of meat and fish will be juicier if you introduce the
whole piece; If you prefer strips, the process of cooking will be
much shorter.
