Sweet
potato and
chickpea
salad
Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 200 ºC while we
chop the ingredients.
• Cut the sweet potato, red pepper, garlic into slices
and onion into strips and place in the pan for at
least 16-17 minutes and check. While we can wash
the chickpeas and spinach, cut the feta cheese into
squares and dress with EVOO, black pepper and
oregano.
• Open the bucket and check from time to time.
• Once finished, we serve on a plate, the food
cooked in the fryer, and on top, we put chickpeas,
spinach and feta.
• As a final touch you can add a tablespoon of
guacamole and mix everything.

• Chickpeas
•Feta cheese
Spices to taste:
- Pepper and oregano
Shake the
200ºC
• Guacamole
