Chocolate and
Blueberry Muffin
• We select some muffin molds suitable for the air fryer, we spray
the base of the mold with EVOO.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180 °C. We place our
JOCCA mixer in the bowl: 150 g of oats, 100 g of sweetener, 1
tablespoon of yeast, and a pinch of cinnamon and mix.
• Add a small banana, 150 ml of milk, a tablespoon of vanilla
and mix. Fill the molds with the mixture and add chocolate chips
and as an option we can add blueberries. • We introduce the
molds in our air fryer for 15-20 minutes and voila!
Pound Cake
• We select an oven-safe mold that fits in the basket of our fryer, we spread
butter on the surface of the mold.
• We mix a natural yogurt (we keep the cup as a measure), two measures of
sugar and two eggs in a bowl until we get a homogeneous mixture and then
mix with a slotted spoon to get a lighter and creamier mixture.
• In another container, mix 3 measures of flour, 1 packet of yeast, lemon zest
and a tablespoon of vanilla essence with a tablespoon of EVOO. Next, mix the
two containers.
• Fill a mold with the dough at room temperature, cover with a cloth and leave
it to ferment for 30 to 60 minutes, until it rises.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 175 °C.
• Cook about 25-30 minutes approx. Insert a wooden stick to confirm that it is
perfectly cooked also in the center.
