Ingredients:
• 600g. of potatoes
• Spices as desired:
-garlic powder
-Sweet or spicy paprika
-Salt, oregano and pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
Homemade
potatoes
• Clean the potatoes by rubbing them under the
running water tap.
• Cut them lengthwise into thin strips of 5x8 mm
approx.
• Soak the potatoes in water for at least 30 minutes.
Dry them well with kitchen paper.
• Preheat your JOCCA AIR FRYER to 200 °C.
• Place the potatoes in the fryer basket, put it in the
fryer and add a tablespoon of oil.
• For at least 20 minutes, fry the potatoes until golden
brown.
• Open the basket and shake occasionally.
• Serve on a plate and as desired.
They will taste great and are the perfect accompaniment
to any meal.
