Palm tree Puff pastry
• Roll out the puff pastry sheet.
• Pour the sugar on top and fold the puff pastry sheet in half. Put a thin layer of sugar on top again and fold the puff pastry in half again.
• Roll the sheet of puff pastry from the two ends towards the center, thus creating the shape of the palm tree.
• Cut into 5-8 mm thick slices.
• Preheat the fryer to 180o C and place the palm trees in the basket without piling them up.
• Set the timer for about 10 minutes at 180o C.
For chocolate flavour: prepare a sheet of parchment paper on a tray, preferably cold beforehand in the fridge or freezer, melt chocolate in
the microwave and sink the pastry. Let them cool on the parchment paper until the chocolate solidifies.
