Stuffed puff pastry
croissant
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180º.
• Extend the puff pastry, cut into wide strips of about 15 cm and cut
into triangles.
• We can make them salty or sweet, stuffed with ham and cheese,
or our favorite chocolate. Place the ingredients on the base or
widest part of the triangle and roll up. In the case of being salty we
can spray a little oil before rolling.
• Paint with beaten egg on top and spray with EVOO. Put in the
fryer for 15 minutes without overlapping the croissants.
Homemade French
toast
• Boil half a liter of milk together with 2 cinnamon sticks, a little grated
lemon peel and about 100 g sugar. While the milk is heating, cut the bread
in slices about 2 cm thick.
• Place parchment paper on the rack of the basket with a few drops of oil.
Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 200 °C
• Once the milk is boil, let it cool to room temperature. In a deep plate or
tray, fill with milk and there we will bread the French toast. In another plate,
we prepare three beaten eggs.
• Pass the slices through the milk, let them soak without crumbling the bread.
• Arrange as many French toasts as fit without overlapping in the basket of
our JOCCA Air fryer for 5 minutes and turn. We remove, flatten the surface
with a spatula and sprinkle with cinnamon and / or sugar.
