Homemade
potatoes
wedges
• Preheat your JOCCA AIR FRYER to 200 ºC.
• Clean the potatoes by rubbing them under the
running water tap.
• Cut them lengthwise into 1.5 cm strips.
• Soak the potatoes in water for at least 30 minutes.
Dry them well with kitchen paper.
• Place the potatoes in the fryer bucket, place it in the
fryer and add a tablespoon of oil.
• For at least 20 minutes, fry the potatoes until
golden brown.
• Open the basket and shake occasionally.
• Serve on a plate and season as desired.
They will be delicious and are an excellent
accompaniment to a pork fillet or baked chicken.
