Boletus and cheese
pastry
• Prepare our pastry shell on a tray.
• In a frying pan, fry the chopped onion with extra virgin olive oil and a little salt, and while
we hydrate the boletus in a plate with water.
• When the onion is transparent, add the boletus to the pan, also finely chopped, and save a
little of the hydration water. Season with salt and let sauté over medium heat, stirring.
• When the boletus are done, add about three or four tablespoons of the boletus water, a
little chopped parsley and turn off the heat. With the residual heat from the pan add the
cheese cut into squares, and stir well.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 175 ºC.
• We place a portion of filling, and close the dumplings. We put them in the fryer, spray the
pastry with EVOO spray and cook them for 15 minutes. Halfway time we check them and turn
them over, so that they cook on both sides and without overlapping them
Garlic Shrimp
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 175º C.
• Season the shrimp with EVOO spray, salt and pepper and place
in the JOCCA fryer for 5 minutes once it is hot.
In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil. Once hot, add the garlic
slices, smoked paprika and chilli flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes and
add the shrimp.
We can do this process in the air fryer in a container with all the
ingredients and the prawns inside, the cooking process takes
about 5 minutes.
• As an option: We can accompany it with some previously cooked
spaghetti and a spoonful of pesto.
