Ingredients:
• 2 small sweet potatoes
• Spices as desired:
-Garlic powder.
-Sweet or spicy paprika.
-Salt, oregano and pepper.
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• Clean the sweet potatoes by rubbing them under the
tap.
• Cut them into sticks of about 1 cm and place them in
a bowl. Spray them with a little oil.
• In a cup: mix the garlic powder, paprika, pepper,
oregano. Pour the mixture over the sweet potato sticks,
mix and stir so that they are well seasoned.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 200 °C.
• Place the sweet potato sticks in the fryer bucket, put
it in the fryer and add a tablespoon of oil. Try that the
sticks are not stacked. Fry for at least 20 minutes, until
they are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
• Open the bucket and shake occasionally.
• Serve on a plate and season as desired.
They will be delicious and a perfect accompaniment to
any meat or fish.
