Pasta chips
• We cook the pasta previously as indicated in the instructions of the pasta we want
to cook.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 200º.
• To the pasta we add a tablespoon of EVOO, grated or powdered parmesan cheese,
oregano, garlic and onion powder with a pinch of salt. You can add the spices that
you like the most.
• When it has reached the temperature, introduce the paste for 8-10 minutes. We
check while they brown and until they are to our liking. Wait for 5 minutes until the
pasta hardens and cools.
•You can accompany it with tomato sauce, mayonnaise or Greek tzatziki.
13. Asparagus with ham
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180ºC.
• Cut the lower part of the stem of the asparagus and wrap each one in one or two
slices of Serrano ham.
• Once wrapped, we place them on the fryer tray, without oil, without overlapping.
• Add a tablespoon of EVOO on top and cook them for 5 minutes at 180 °C and they
are ready to serve.
• You can accompany it with mango sauce on top if you like to mix sweet and salty.
Stuffed Eggs
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180ºC.
• When it has reached the temperature, introduce the
eggs for 8 minutes. When finished, cool them, peel
and cut them in half, removing the yolks.
• Chop onion and tomato, and together with a little
tuna, we reserve in a bowl.
• Add the guacamole, with a little lime juice and a
pinch of salt and black pepper.
• Fill the eggs with the previous mixture and chop the
yolks with a little coriander on top.
