Salmon
fillets
• We start by cutting the salmon in half, in this way we
will have two pieces.
• Chop the thyme, rosemary and mix with the garlic
in a small container. We can add the lemon juice and
stir for a few seconds until all the ingredients are well
integrated. With a spoon, pour the marinade over the
salmon.
• We must put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
so that it acquires the flavor of the marinade.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180ºC.
• Place the salmon fillets in the basket (the part that
does not have the skin should be facing up) for at least
10 minutes.
• We can accompany this dish with some wild asparagus
(10-20 min).
• Open the basket and check occasionally.
• Serve on a plate and season as desire.

• Fish pieces/loins.
• Spices as desire:
- Flake salt
- Pepper.
180ºC
-Wild asparagus
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
