Burgers
• We make the hamburgers with mixed meat, mix the minced meat
with spices as desire and mix with an egg.
• Soak a slice of sandwich bread well in milk, remove it and smash.
• We mix everything and knead with our hands. The texture of the
meat is very important. To know if it is ready, try to make a ball with
a little meat and that it does not stick to your hands. You can add
breadcrumbs to dry the mixture. If the mixture is too dry, add a few
drops of oil.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180 °C with parchment paper on
the bottom of the rack.
• We introduce the hamburgers, without overlapping. If we like
the onion done, we can add it at this step. In 10 minutes we will
have our hamburgers made and assemble whit the ingredients we
desire.
T-bone steak or sirloin
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 200 °C.
• Mix the spices: a pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder,
dried oregano and dried rosemary. On the T-bone steak, we spray a little
EVOO and sprinkle the mixture of spices.
• Introduce the T-bone steak in the bucket. If you want it medium rare, 6
minutes; 8 minutes if you like it medium and 10 minutes if you like it medium
well. We take it out and cut it.
Beef Steaks
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180 °C.
• On the fillets, spray a little EVOO and sprinkle black pepper evenly.
• Introduce the fillets, without overlapping in the bucket. If you want it medium
rare, 6 minutes; 8 minutes if you like it medium and if you like it medium well
done, 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle flaky salt on top.
