Cheesecake
• We select an oven-safe mold that fits in the bucket of our fryer, we spread butter on
the surface of the mold.
• In a bowl, crush 140 g of cookies and 80 g of butter at room temperature and salt.
We spread the dough and flatten at the base and if we like on the edges.
• Beat 680 g of cream cheese until creamy for 2 minutes, add 2 eggs, a small can of
condensed milk or sweetener and a tablespoon of vanilla extract and continue mixing
until smooth. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base, being careful not to break the
base.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 150 °C for 5 minutes.
• Introduce the mold in our JOCCA Air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes, until the
upper part is slightly golden and the center moves slightly. Even if the cake seems
slightly curdled, it will be fine after cooling. Remove and let cool to room temperature,
then place in the fridge for 6-8 hours. We can decorate the top with some red fruit jam
and/or pieces of fruit as desire.
Walnut Brownies
• We select an oven-safe mold that fits in the bucket of our Air fryer, we
spread butter on the surface of the mold.
• In a bowl, we mix 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of white flour, 1/3 cocoa
powder, a tablespoon of vanilla essence and a pinch of salt.
• In another bowl, we put 1/4 melted butter at room temperature and 1
egg, mix and integrate well.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180 °C.
• Mix the two mixtures together until a uniform mixture is obtained
and pour it into the mold. At this point we can add the pieces of nuts,
chocolate chips or other nuts.
• We introduce the mold for 16-18 minutes, and check ocassonaly. The
trick is to prick the brownie with a toothpick, if it comes out smeared
with a creamy texture, our brownie is ready.
