Ingredients:
• 2 breasts
• Teriyaki or soy sauce.
• Marinated:
- 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 ta-
blespoon of honey, 1 small glass
of rice vinegar, 1 minced garlic
and chives.
- Salt and pepper.
• 1 tablespoon olive oil.

• For this recipe we need a container large enough to
place the meat and then we can cover the container.
We put in the container: Soy sauce, sugar, honey, rice
vinegar, minced garlic and chives or teriyaki sauce
already prepared.
• Cut the chicken breast into strips, or leave them
whole, as you desire. We put them in the container with
the previously made mixture, and let them macerate
for a few hours in the fridge.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180ºC.
• Next, we introduce the chicken strips in the JOCCA
Air Fryer for 10-15 min.
• Open the bucket and check occasionally.
• Serve on a plate and season as desire, for example,
with sesame seeds or chives.
They will be great and tasty, a different and simple
recipe to accompany your salads, rice or pasta.
