Ham croquettes
Croquette dough:
• Cut the onion into very small pieces, if it is better with a mincer. Put a little olive oil in a
frying pan and fry until it goes transparent, and add a little salt. Add the cornstarch or flour
and sauté for 2 minutes so that it browns a bit.
• Add the nutmeg, pepper and milk slowly while stirring until there are no lumps.
Add the ingredients, in this case ham cubes and when the dough begins to thicken, let it cool
to room temperature. Once cold cover whit a film chill in the fridge.
• In a few hours or the next day, we shape them. If you don't want it to stick, moisten
your hands beforehand. Prepare 2 bowls, one with two beaten eggs and the other with
breadcrumbs. First, pass it throw beaten egg and second coarser breadcrumbs to get a crispy
batter. Let stand for a while or even a day.
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180ºC.
• Spray the croquettes with olive oil and in about 8 minutes will be ready.
Four Cheese
Sandwich
• Preheat your JOCCA Air Fryer to 180ºC.
• Mix the butter with the garlic powder and the oregano.
We spread with it each slice of bread, but only on one
side.
• Place one of the slices of bread on a board, butter side
down. We cover the surface with the four types of cheese
and the ingredients (we can add other ingredients such
as: ham, bacon or tomato) and cover with the other
slice of bread, leaving the butter side up.
• Put the sandwich in the bucket for 5 minutes, turn it
over and leave it for another 5 minutes.
