2. Measure:

Filler cap opening pressure
Cap opens with a pressure below the specified
pressure → Replace.
Cap opening pressure:
SCH6050
Measurement steps:
•
Attach the cooling system tester 1 to the coolant
filler cap 2.
Cooling system tester:
•
Apply the specified pressure for 10 seconds and
make sure there is no pressure drop.
INSTALLATION
1. Install:
•
Heat exchangers
Use the rivet gun.
