(4) Start the engine and allow it to warm
up for a few minutes.
(5) Install the tachometer onto the spark
plug lead of cylinder #1.

(6) Turn the magneto control lever 3 so
that the full retard adjusting screw 4
contacts the crankcase 5.
(7) Adjust the throttle stop screw 6 in or
out until the specified engine idling
speed is obtained.

(8) Tighten the throttle roller adjusting
screw 2.

ing, be sure to adjust the ignition timing,
