Il volume di spruzzatura può essere
regolato utilizzando diverse combina-
zioni di convogliatori e piastrine.
Per
ottenere
una
nebulizzazione ed una minore porta-
ta per ciascun getto, è necessario
montare convogliatori senza foro cen-
trale.
Viceversa, per ottenere una maggior
portata però con micronizzazione mi-
nore,
è
necessario
convogliatori con foro centrale, sce-
gliendo tra i vari diametri disponibili
(vedi tabella pag. 100).
Consultando le tabelle a pag. 100
sottostanti, si noterà che , aumentan-
do la pressione di esercizio, aumen-
terà la portata, indipendentemente
dal foro di uscita della pistrina in ce-
ramica; e diminuendo la pressione, si
otterrà una diminuzione di portata.
Per una eccellente micronizzazione e
comunque per trattamenti a medio e
basso volume, vengono utilizzati
ugelli TEEJET-TXB (vedi tabella a pag.
101).

In order to increase the nebulization
with a lower rate of flow for each noz-
zle, it is necessary to install conveyors
without central hole.
On the contrary, in order to obtain a
larger rate of flow but with a lower
nebulization, it is necessary to install
montare
conveyors with central hole, choosing
the most suitable among the several
available diameters (see table at page
100).
By consulting the below tables at page
100, it is possible to notice that, by
increasing the operating pressure you
will get a larger rate of flow, independ-
ently from the outlet hole of the ceramic
plate; and by diminishing the pressure,
you will get a lower rate of flow. How-
ever TEEJET-TXB nozzles (see table at
page 101) should be used in order to
obtain a best nebulization and in me-
dium/low volume spraying treatments.

Le volume de projection peut être reglé
en
utilisant
les
combinations de convoyeurs et des
plaquettes.
A fin d'obtenir une micronisation plus
importante et une portée inférieure
pour chaque buse est necéssaire
monter les convoyeurs avec un trou
central, en choisissant parmi les
différents diamètres disponibles (voir
le tableau à la page 100).
Sur les tableaux à la page 100 vous
pouvez remarquer que en augmentant
la pression d'excercise augmentera la
portée, indépendamment du trou de
sortie de la plaquette en ceramique; et
en diminuant la pression nous
obtiendrons une diminution de portée.
Pour une eccellente micronisation et
pour des traitements à moyen et bas
volume sont utilisés les buses Teejet-
txb (voir le tableau à la page 101).
