CONSIGLI PER

LA SICUREZZA

La sicurezza dell'Operatore do-

vrebbe essere uno dei concetti prin-

cipali per sviluppare abitudini di la-

voro, osservando le precauzioni

elencate qui sotto.

Siate sicuri di leggere e compren-

dere queste istruzioni e così pure il

personale che lavora per Voi.

Tutti gli irroratori dovrebbero esse-

re fatti funzionare solo da persone

responsabili, addestrate e delegate

a farlo. La mancata osservanza di

questi ammonimenti può procurare

gravi danni all'Operatore!

• Prima di far funzionare l'irroratore,

leggere attentamente il manuale di

funzionamento e sicurezza. Usare

la macchina sempre con la massi-

ma prudenza, ricordando che la di-

sattenzione é frequente causa di in-

cidenti.

• Usare abbigliamento adeguato,

protezione per occhi, respiratore o

meglio casco di protezione come

prescritto dal Produttore dei pro-

dotti chimici.

• Tenere le mani e i vestiti

da qualsiasi parte in movimento. É

assolutamente vietato salire e/o av-

vicinarsi alle parti rotanti e/o agli or-

gani in movimento della macchina,

durante il suo funzionamento.

• Prima di mettere in moto l'irroratore

e/o negli spostamenti, assicurarsi

che non ci sia alcuna persona dietro

e/o nelle vicinanze dello stesso.

• Non lasciare MAI le macchine in moto

senza sorveglianza.

• Oltre al freno a mano della trattrice,

utilizzare i tappi a cuneo per evita-

re che la trattrice possa accidental-

mente mettersi in movimento. Pri-

ma del trasporto accertarsi che gli

stabilizzatori (cunei) siano posizio-

nati nelle loro sedi di custodia.

• Prima di immettersi in strade di pub-

blico transito, verificare che l'insie-

me trattrice/attrezzatura siano in

regola con il Codice della Strada del-

la nazione in cui opera l'attrezza-

tura.

• É vietato compiere qualsiasi ope-

razione di manutenzione o di ripa-

razione con macchina in movimen-

to e/o su organi in moto.

• É assolutamente vietato rovinare,

manomettere o togliere le cuffie

protettive dall'albero cardanico e le

protezioni degli organi in movimen-

to.

The operator's safety should be

considered as a must in order to

develop correct work habits by fol-

lowing the below mentiond pre-

cautionary measures.

Be sure that you and your person-

nel read and understand these in-

structions.

All sprayers should be operated

only by responsible persons which

are trained and delegated to per-

form

• Before starting up of the sprayer, it

is necessary to read carefully the op-

eration and safety instructions con-

tained in this handbook, to use the

machine with utmost caution, keep-

ing in mind that inattention is a fre-

quent cause of accidents.

• Use suitable protection clothes,

goggles, breathing device or better a

helmet, according to the prescrip-

tions of the chemical product manu-

facturer.

• Keep hands and clothes far from any

moving parts of the machine. It is

absolutely forbidden to go up and/or

to approach the rotating parts and/

or moving elements of the machine

during operation.

• Before starting up of the sprayer and/

or when it is moving, make sure that

nobody is behind and/or near it.

• NEVER leave operating machines

unwatched.

• Use wedges, besides the hand brake

of the tractor, in order to avoid an

accidental tractor movement. Before

transportation ensure that the

stabilisers (wedges) are positioned in

their holding positions.

• Before driving through public traffic

roads, make sure that the tractor/

sprayer unit complies with the high-

way code of the country where the

machine operates.

• It is forbidden to carry out any

maintenance or repair on moving

parts and/or when the machine is

operating.

• It is absolutely forbidden to spoil, to

tamper or to remove the protection

casings from the cardan shaft and

the guards from the moving machine

elements.

LA SURETE

La sûreté de l'opérateur devrait

être un des principaux concepts

pour développer habitudes de

travail, en respect des précautions

cidessous publiés. Soyez sûrs de

lire et comprendre ces instructions,

ainsi que le personnel qui travaille

pour vous. Tous les Atomiseur

devraient être mis en fonction

exclusivement par le personnel

responsable, entrainé et délegué à

le faire. L'inobservance de ces

avertissements peut procurer

importants dégâts à l'opérateur!

• Avant de mettre en marche le

atomiseur, lire attentivement le

manuel de fonctionnement et de

sécurité.

Utiliser

prudemment la machine en se

rappelant que la inattention est

fréquent cause d'accidents.

• Se servir de costumes adéquats,

protections pour les yeux, respirateur

ou mieux casque de protection,

aussitôt que prescrit par les

producteurs de produits chimiques.

• Tenir les mains et les costumes loin de

toutes les parties en mouvement. Il est

absolument interdit monter et/ou

s'approcher aux parties tournantes et/

ou aux organes en mouvement de la

machine, pendant son fonctionnement.

• Avant de faire rouler le Pulvérisateur

et ou dans les déplacements, s'assu-

rer de ne pas avoir quelqu'un arrière

ou dans les voisinages de le même.

• Ne laisser jamais les machines en

mouvement sans aucune surveillance.

• En plus du frein à la main de la trac-

trice, utiliser les tapes à coin à fin

d'eviter que la tractrice puisse

accidentellement se mettre en

mouvement. S'assurer, avant le

transport, que les stabilisateurs (cales)

soient positionnés dans leur logement.

• Avant de se mettre et rouler sur des

routes de passage public, verifier que

l'ensemble tractrice/équipement

soient mis au point aux termes du

Code de la route du Pays où

l'équipement doive étre utilisé.

• Il est interdit accomplir quelconque

opération de manutention ou de

réparation à machine en mouvement

et/ou sur organes en mouvement.

• Il est absolument interdit ruiner,

entamer ou enlever la protection de

la trasmission cardans et/ou les

protections

des

organes

mouvement.
