Si definisce come tale, la quantità di li-
quido di trattamento che viene a tro-
varsi ancora nelle macchine (compresi
tubi-filtri-pompa e tubi portagetti) quan-
do la macchina viene fermata, dopo una
caduta di pressione (riscontrabile sul
manometro) del 25%.
La quantità residua calcolata in questo
atomizzatore è stata effettuata chiu-
dendo la valvola di alimentazione del
miscelatore in cisterna prima che fosse
avvenuto l'abbassamento di pressione
del 25%.

fermare l'atomizzatore.

nella macchina alla fine del processo
di spruzzatura con almeno una quan-
tità pari a 10 volte il volume residuo,
quindi erogare il liquido di lavaggio su
una superficie ancora da trattare (v.di
paragrafo successivo).

The residual quantity is the quantity of
spraying liquid which still remains in-
side the machine (including pipes, fil-
ters, pump and nozzle pipes) when the
machine is stopped, after a 25% pres-
sure drop (which can be checked on the
manometer).
The calculation of the residual quantity
of this sprayer was carried out by clos-
ing the mixer feed valve inside the tank
before occuring the 25% pressure drop.

• As soon as the pressure falls, when
the machine is operating in empty
conditions, it is necessary to stop the
sprayer in order to avoid the outlet
of vapors from nozzles, due to mixing
of air with product.
• Dilute the residual quantity remain-
ing inside the machine at the end of
the spraying operations with at least
a quantity of water equal to 10 times
the residual volume, then spray the
washing liquid on a surface, which is
still to be treated (see following para-
graph).

• De que l'abaissement de la presion
arrive, dans le functionnement à vide
de la machine, au fin d'eviter le
déplacément de vapaurs par les buses
dù au mèlangement d'air avec le
produit, arreter le atomiseur.
• Allonger la quantité residue qui est
resté dans la machine à la fin du
processus de pulvérisation, avec au
moins une quantité égale à 10 fois le
volume résidu, ensuite débiter le li-
quide de lavage sur une surface
encore à tracter (voir paragraphe
suivant).
