4) Innestare il cardano all'irrora-

tore spingendo il giunto cardanico

fino a che il perno rientra nella sca-

nalatura di bloccaggio dell'albero

della presa di forza dell'irroratore.

5) Avvicinarsi all'atomizzatore con il

trattore, portarsi in posizione cor-

retta per l'aggancio e spegnere il

motore. Azionare il freno di

stazionamento del trattore, scen-

dere, inserire la spina nel gancio di

traino e vincolarla con la molla di

sicurezza. Abbassare il ruotino (o

la staffa) di appoggio, ed infine to-

glierla dall'atomizzatore.

6) Innestare il giunto cardanico nel-

l'albero di trasmissione del tratto-

re, assicurandosi che il perno sia

entrato nella scanalatura di bloc-

caggio dell'albero della presa di for-

za del trattore.

7) Ultimata questa fase, assicurare la

protezione del cardano con le

due catenelle al trattore ed

all'atomizzatore, onde evitare

che il cardano porti in rotazione

anche la sua protezione.

Fissare le catene in modo che

permettano l'articolazione della

trasmissione in ogni condizione

di lavoro e di trasporto.

8) Nel caso che il cardano non sia

fornito dal costruttore del

nebulizzatore, utilizzare solo

cardani di categoria 6 o superio-

ri, assicurarsi infine che durante

il lavoro, l'albero di trasmissione

non superi mai i 35° di inclina-

zione (Fig. 5).

9) Alla fine del lavoro, staccare il

cardano dal trattore e suppor-

tarlo con l'apposita staffa; non

lasciarlo cadere per terra per

evitare rotture della protezione

e l'imbrattamento del giunto

cardanico.

10) Controllare che esista sempre una

sovrapposizione di almeno 5 cm

tra la cuffia di protezione della

presa di forza e quella di prote-

zione del cardano (Fig. 6).

Connect the cardan shaft with the

sprayer by pushing the universal

join until the pin enters into the

locking spline of of the sprayer

P.T.O. shaft.

Let the tractor get near the sprayer,

move to a correct coupling position

and stop the engine. Engage the

tractor parking brake, go down the

tractor, couple the lifting arms

with the sprayer pins and insert

safety springs on pins.

Lower the jockey wheel (or the

bracket) and then remove it from

the sprayer.

6) Insert the universal joint in the

tractor propeller shaft and make

sure that the pin has entered into

the locking spline of the tractor

P.T.O. shaft.

7) At the end of this stage, secure the

cardan shaft guard to the tractor and

sprayer by means of two chains, in

order to prevent that the cardan

shaft, when turning, causes the

rotation of its guard. The chains

should be fastened in such a way to

allow the articulation of transmission

under any operation and transport

conditions.

8) If the cardan shaft is not

supplied

manufacturer, use only category

6 or higher category cardan

shafts, making sure that, during

the operation, the drive shaft

never exceeds the 35° inclination

(Fig. 5).

9) At the end of the work, disconnect

the cardan shaft from the tractor

and lay it on the suitable support-

ing bracket; never let it fall to the

ground in order to avoid damages

of the guard and the soil of the

universal joint.

10) Check that there is always a 5 cm.

superimposition between the

P.T.O. guard and the cardan shaft

protective casing (Fig. 6).

jusqu'à quand le pivot rentre dans

la cannelure de l'arbre de la prise

de force du atomiseur.

S'approcher à l'atomiseur par le

tracteur, se mettre dans la juste position

(correcte) au niveau de accouplement

d'ccrochement et arreter le moteur du

tracteur. Inserir le frein à la main de

parcage du tracteur, descendre, accrocher

le bras de relevage aux pivots du atomiseur

et insérer les ressorts de sécurité sur les

pivots. Baisser la béquille d'appui et

ensuite l'enlever de l'irrorateur.

6) Brancher la trasmission cardans

dans l'arbre de trasmission du

tracteur en s'assurant que le pivot

soit entré dans la cannelure de

blocage de l'arbre de la prise de

force du tracteur.

7) Après avoir terminé cette phase

d'operations, assurer la protection de

la cardan par les deux chainettes au

tracteur et au pulvérisateur, au fin

d'eviter que la trasmission cardans

porte en rotation aussi que sa propre

pretection. Fixer les chainettes au

fin qu'elles permettent l'articulation

de la trasmission en chaque

condition de travail et de transport.

8) Si le cardan n'est pas fourni par le

fabricant de l'atomiseur, utiliser

exclusivement des cardans de

catégorie 6 ou supérieurs, vérifier

enfin que pendant le travail l'arbre

de transmission ne dépasse

jamais une inclinaison de 35°

(Fig. 5).

9) A la fin du travail, décrocher la

trasmission cardans du tracteur

et le supporter par sa étrier fait

exprès; ne le laisser pas tomber

par terre au fin d'eviter des

ruptures de la protection et le

barbouillage du joint de la cardan.

10) Verifier d'avoir toujours une su-

perposition de au moins 5 cm en-

tre le carter de protection de la pri-

se de force et celle de protetion de

la trasmission cardans (Fig. 6).
