Verwendung:
Zur Bereichsüberwachung,
Staudruckregulierung und zur
Werkstückträger-Erkennung.
Die Wippe WI/M kann nicht als
Anschlag für aus dem Quertransport
ankommende Werkstückträger
verwendet werden. Entsprechend
dem Werkstückträger-Gewicht ist
zusätzlich ein Anschlag oder Dämpfer
zur Aufnahme des Anschlagimpulses
einzubauen.
Ausführung:
– Einfache und kompakte Bauweise.
– Überwachungsbereich: 60 mm.

der Wippe WI/M an der Förderstrecke

Application:
Used for area monitoring, accumulation
stop gate and workpiece pallet
recognition.
The WI/M rocker cannot be used as a
stop for workpiece pallets coming from
transverse transport. In accordance with
workpiece pallet weight, an additional
stop or shock absorber should be
installed to absorb the stop force.
Design:
– Simple and compact construction.
– Monitoring area: 60 mm.
Scope of delivery:
Includes mounting material to mount the
WI/M rocker on the ST 2/... conveyor
section element or BS 2/... belt section.
Optional accessories:
– M12x70 proximity switch with switch

of the slide actuation into a pneumatic

Utilisation :
Pour contrôler le secteur, pour un
séparateur d'accumulation et à
reconnaître les palettes porte-pièces.
La bascule WI/M ne peut pas être
utilisée comme butée pour la palette
porte-pièces provenant du transport
transversal. En fonction du poids de la
palette porte-pièces, une butée ou un
amortisseur doit en plus être monté pour
l'absorption de la butée.

– Construction légère et compacte.
– Secteur contrôlé : 60 mm.

montage de la bascule WI/M sur
