E7 – REFILLING,
INSPECTION AND CHECKS
DRIVE HYDROSTATIC SYSTEM
The detection of the pressure in point
"2" and in points "5" and "6" only on
FORWARD must be carried out as
follows.
1 - CHECK THE PUMP OVERLOAD
PRESSURE
- While the machine is stopped and the
engine shut down connect a pressure
gauge with 40 bar bottom scale in
point "2" and then start-up the
endothermic engine and bring it to the
max. r.p.m. allowed.
- In this condition the pressure detected
must be 22 bar. If the values do not
comply with the ones indicate contact
the Service Department..
2 - HYDROSTATIC
DRIVE
PRESSURE INSPECTION
- Still with the machine stopped and the
engine shutdown connect the two
pressure gauges to points "5" and
"6" with a 400 bar bottom scale, start-
up the endothermic engine and bring
it to the max. r.p.m. allowed.

Le relèvement des pressions au point
"2" et aux point "5" et "6" limité à la
marche AVANT doit avoir lieu comme
spécifié par la suite.
1 - VERIFICATION
PRESSION
SURALIMENTATION POMPES
- Avec l'engin arrêté et le moteur éteint,
relier un manomètre avec échelle 40
bars au point "2" après quoi mettre
en marche le moteur endothermique
et l'amener au régime max consenti.
- Dans cette condition la pression
relevée doit être de 22 bars.Pour des
valeurs différentes de celle indiquée,
s'adresser au service Assistance.

2 - VERIFICATION
PRESSION
TRANSMISSION HYDROSTATIQUE
- Toujours avec l'engin arrêté et le
moteur éteint, relier deux manomètres
aux points "5" et "6" avec fond
échelle 400 bars, mettre en marche le
moteur endothermique et l'amener au
régime max consenti.

- In diesem Zustand muß der gemessene
Druck 22 bar betragen. Bei anderen,
als dem angegebenen Wert, ist der
Kundendienst zu verständigen.
