E7 – REFILLING,
INSPECTION AND CHECKS
For correct machine use we suggest to
bring the hydraulic oil up to the operating
temperature with noload running and with
the endothermic engine slightly accelerated
for approx. 5-10 minutes.

The
operation
detects
the
maximum
distributor pressure; for inspection follow the
indications below:
- With the machine stopped and the engine
shut down connect the pressure gauge in
position "1".
- Start-up the engine and bring it to the
maximum r.p.m. allowed then read the
pressure that is indicated on the pressure
gauge.
- If the pressure detected is lower or
exceeds the calibration value (170 bar) of
5 bar, reset the proper value by means of
the adjusting screw "A", which is located
on the upper end of the distributor

Pour une correcte utilisation de la

L'opération consiste dans le relèvement de
la pression max du distributeur; pour la
vérification s'en tenir à ce qui est indiqué
par la suite:
- Avec l'engin arrêté et le moteur éteint
relier le manomètre dans la position "1".
- Remettre en marche le moteur et l'amener
au régime max consenti, après quoi
relever
la
pression
indiquée
manomètre.
- Au cas où la pression relevée s'écarte de
plus de 5 bars de la valeur de calibrage
(170 bars), rétablir cette dernière en
agissant sur la vis de réglage "A" placée
à l'extrémité supérieure de la valve de
pression max du distributeur.

Der Arbeitsgang besteht im Messen des
max.

Überprüfung sind die folgenden Hinweise zu
beachten:
- Schließen Sie bei stillstehender Maschine
und
ausgeschaltetem
Manometer in der Position "1" an.
- Starten Sie den Motor und fahren Sie auf

Manometer ab.
- Fall der gemessene Druck um mehr als 5

Verteilers wieder her..

presión máxima del distribuidor; para la
comprobación seguir cuánto seguidamente
se sugiere:
- Con la máquina parada y el motor

- Encender el motor y llevarlo al máximo
consentido, en ese momento, determinar
la presión indicada en el manómetro.
Si la presión controlada supera de 5 bares
el valor de la tara (170 bares), restablecer
la
misma
regulación "A" situada en el extremo
superior de la válvula de presión máxima
del distribuidor.
