TECHNICAL INFORMATION
G - Safety protections
In compliance with European directives, the side
protection guards of the machine are fitted with
safety latches that engage automatically when the
guards are closed.
To open these guards, leverage the tool provided
into the openings of the protection guards, pushing it
downwards.When you have completed the opera-
tion requiring the opening of the guards, close the
safety guards again.
DANGER - WARNING: always make sure that all side
guards are locked before leaving the machine
unattended or before transport.
H - Servicing step and running board
DANGER - WARNING: people are not allowed to stand
on the running board during the machine running.
The running board is to be used to service and/or check
the twine binder, with the machine stopped.
Give the greatest attention when getting on and off the
machine, making sure to have safe grips.
L - Cardan shaft support
The cardan shaft support supports it when the
machine is parked.
DANGER - WARNING: do not run or transport the
machine while the cardan shaft is supported.
M - Catch for net binder knife-holder crossbar
Before servicing the net binder, disconnect it by
inserting the fork into pin M , as per position 2, in order
to lock the knife-holder crossbar in open position.

DANGER - WARNING: should any servicing be
performed under the binder, give the greatest attention
to the net binder blades.
INFORMATIONS TECHNIQUES
G - Protections de sécurité
En conformité avec les directives européennes, les
protections latérales de la machine sont dotées de
fermetures de sécurité qui s'enclenchent automati-
quement quand la protection est fermée. Pour ouvrir
ces protections, l'utilisateur devra intervenir avec
l'outil livré en standard et l'insérer dans le trou dis-
posé sur les protections, en faisant levier vers le
bas.
Une fois l'intervention terminée, l'utilisateur devra
fermer les protections.
DANGER - ATTENTION: toujours s'assurer que tous
les protecteurs latéraux sont bien fermés avant de laisser
la machine sans surveillance ou de la déplacer.
H - Marche pied pour l'entretien
DANGER - ATTENTION: personne n'est autorisé à
rester sur ce marche pied quand la machine est en
marche. Ce marche pied a été conçu pour exécuter les
opérations d'entretien et/ou de contrôle du lieur à ficelle
et ce, uniquement quand la machine est complètement
arrêtée. Monter et descendre de la machine en faisant
toujours très attention et en s'assurant de disposer de
points de prise solides.
L - Support du cardan
Le support du cardan sert à soutenir ce dernier
quand la machine est arrêtée.
DANGER - ATTENTION: ne pas mettre en marche ni
déplacer la machine quand le cardan est appuyé à son
M - Dispositif d'arrêt pour l'entretoise porte-couteaux
du lieur à filet
Avant d'exécuter n'importe quelle opération sur le
lieur à filet, débrayer le lieur en introduisant la coupille
dans le pivot M (voir position 2) de manière à bloquer
l'entretoise porte-couteaux en position ouverte.

DANGER - ATTENTION: s'il faut effectuer une
opération sous le lieur, il est impératif de faire très
attention aux lames du lieur à filet.
