DANGER!
Do no use water under pressure to wash
the machine. The pressure might dam-
age the electrics system. Avoid using
the water to excess and using water near
sensitive parts such as batteries, labels
and electrical system.
6.9. REPLACING THE STAR JOINT
Check the star joint on the PTO (power
take off) of the machine every hundred
hours of work, as follows:
• Turn off the machine and remove the key
and/or spark plug hood to prevent acci-
dental start ups;
• Remove the tool or the accessory and
wait for the machine to cool down (15-20
minutes);
• Park the machine following the instruc-
tions in the "Parking the Machine" chapter;
• Remove the seeger ring shown in
43 ]

• Remove the upper part of the joint;
• Remove the star-shaped plastic insert.
The joint must not be damaged or visibly
worn. If it is change it by contacting an Au-
thorised Eurosystems dealer centre.

Follow the procedure in the reverse order
to replace the star.
6.10. GREASING
Every 50 hours:
• Grease the PTO and support hooks [4]
as shown in
• Grease the PTO lever supports [22]
• Grease forward gear pin under the han-
dlebars as shown in
DANGER!
Always turn the machine off before
greasing the PTO. Remove the key and/
or spark plug hood to prevent acciden-
tal start ups.
CARE!
Wait for at least 15-20 minutes until the hot
parts of the machine are sufficiently cool.

WEAR
Every 50 hours it is necessary to check the
position of the engine support [32] with re-
spect to the machine frame [33]
The gap that is formed between these two
parts of the machine is the indicator of the
state of engine belt wear.
