INFORMATION:
Petrol tap: if there should be no petrol
tap use pliers clamping the tube vigor-
ously. Once the tube is positioned in-
side the collection vessel release the
pliers empty the content of the tank.

7.2. BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGER

(OPTIONAL)
If the machine is laid up for long periods,
recharge the battery periodically or con-
nect to a buffer battery charger (Optional)
as follows:
1. Following the safety instructions set
out at the beginning of this paragraph,
remove the key from the starter [21];
2. Remove the charger from its pack-
aging;
3. Connect the terminal [a] to the ter-
minal [b] as shown in figure
4. Plug the charger.
Charger tell-tail light specifications:
• Tell-tale RED: battery in charge
• Tell-tale GREEN: charged battery .
CARE!
Before using the machine make sure
that the battery charger is disconnect-
ed.
The battery gets old if it is not used.
Make sure the battery is connected prop-
erly. First connect the positive pole and
only then the negative pole. Disconnect in
the reverse order.
CARE!
Be careful of the gases generated by
damaged batteries.
CARE!
Do not put the machine back leaving
the key in and on the "RUN" position to
avoid the battery running down.
