low the points listed below:
1. Turn off the machine;
2.
Wait at least 15-20 minutes al-
lowing the hot parts of the machine to
cool down (engine, hydrostatic gears,
clutch, joint, etc.);
3. Loosen the two rear screws and
undo the two front screws as shown
in
[ fig. 23 ]
(the front screws will re-
main attached to the lid);
4. Lift the lid causing the rear snap-
in guides at the rear to come out as
shown in
[ fig. 24 ]
5. Pull the lid towards the front of the
machine causing it to slide on the front
hooks [4].
To fit the front lid [7] follow the previous
procedure in reverse order paying par-
ticular attention to the following points:
1. Insert the sheet steel hand guard [14]
making sure it enters the guides posi-
tioned on the lid as shown in
2. Make sure that the side tongues are
correctly inserted in the seats on the
sheet steel as shown in
3. Make sure that the part in the front
is beyond the cover of the transmis-
sion assembly

4. Tighten the two rear screws and the
two front screws shown in figura

Dashboard

To remove the dashboard [19]:
• Loosen the two screws shown
in
[ fig. 26 ]
;
• Remove the knobs on the levers [20],
[25], [26] and [29] shown in
• Raise the dashboard and slide it off
the front guides
INFORMATION:
If the version of the machine is electric
starting it is necessary to slide of the
ignition block [21] and the connectors
on the LED tell-tale light [31].
To fit the dashboard lid carry out the pro-
cedure in reverse order.

5.2.4. PETROL TAP

The machine has an OPEN/CLOSED pet-
rol tap that serves to interrupt the fuel flow
to the engine and thus avoid leakage dur-
ing transport or storage.
For machines fitted with B&S engines
the tap is on the delivery tube connect-
ing the tank to the filter and that can be
localised in the immediate vicinity of the
battery

For machines fitted with HONDA engines,
the tap is placed under the carburettor
and is part of the engine block
