5.2.5. ENGINE TILTING KIT (OPTIONAL)
It is sold as an option on the electrically
starting versions it permits the automatic
side inclination of the engine by approx-
imately 20° each side as shown in
30 ]
.
Usable with iron wheels and wideners to
work on slopes above 20° up to a maxi-
mum of 45°.
Up to approximately 20° the engine au-
tomatically stays upright. Over 20° it
remains inclined downwards as shown
in
[ fig. 30]
.
CARE!
The holes shown in
free. Do not insert screws or other ob-
jects.
DANGER!
When working on slopes over 20° al-
ways use iron wheels with wideners
as required in the paragraph "Work on
slopes specifications".
INFORMATION:
When the machine is turned off, the
engine remains in the position it is. On
turning the ignition key [21] to "RUN the
machine will straighten up to vertical
[ fig.
[ fig. 31 ]
must stay
after some seconds (if the slope is less
than 20°).
INFORMATION:
After a change in slope, it is normal for
the engine to take a few seconds before
it is fully vertical.
5.2.6. LED TELL-TAIL LIGHT (OPTIONAL)
The LED tell-tale light [31] in the version
with electrical starting with engine tilting
kit, it indicates:
Fixed ignition:
Engine oil pressure too low Rapidly re-
duce the working slope and/or check the
engine oil level.
Intermittent ignition:
For ten seconds after the ignition: initiali-
sation of the control board;
During the work: when the maximum slope
is exceeded reduce the work slope quick-
ly.
