    PROTEZIONE LAMA (fig.7): Le operazioni di montaggio e smontaggio della barra falciante alla macchina devono avvenire sempre con la protezione lama (1) inserita. Per maggior sicurezza proteggere la lama anche durante il trasporto, la manutenzione e il rimessag- gio. Protezioni lama danneggiate, che non garantiscono una sicura copertura, vanno sostituite. SOSTITUZIONE DELLE LAME (fig.8-8/A): Lo smontaggio ed il montaggio delle lame complete va eseguito sempre indossando guanti protettivi.

    BLADE ADJUSTMENT (Fig. 6) The cutter bar is considered among the agricultural equipment the most stressed one and should be adjusted taking a lot of attention. After the blade change and after some working hours it is necessary the adjustment the blade-holders (1) using the screws (2) and the corresponding lock nuts (3).

    Für die Balkenzähne gilt ein Schleifwinkel von 35°- 40°. Dabei darauf achten, dass die Zähne nicht zu stark erhitzt werden und dementsprechend an Härte einbüßen. Die Zähne dürfen nicht abgerundet werden (siehe Abbildung). TECHNISCHE DATEN: Mähbreite =1020 mm – Länge Grundmaschine mit Balkenmäher = 1680 mm. – Messerfrequenz des Mähbalkens = 1000/1’.

    Procédure pour le remplacement des lames : - Enlever le capot de protection (1) : dévisser l’écrou (3) défiler la rondelle (2) , tourner le capot en haut et le défiler du goujon (A) - Enlever de la poulie (D) la courroie de transmission (4) - Dévisser les vis (5) et les écrous (6), enlever (soulever) le mouvement de la barre (8) du corps de la faucheuse (7).
