PROTEZIONE LAMA (fig.7):
con la protezione lama (1) inserita. Per maggior sicurezza proteggere la lama anche durante il trasporto, la manutenzione e il rimessag-
gio. Protezioni lama danneggiate, che non garantiscono una sicura copertura, vanno sostituite.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLE LAME (fig.8-8/A):
guanti protettivi.
Procedura per la sostituzione delle lame:
- Rimuovere il cofano di protezione (1): svitare il dado (3), sfilare la rondella (2), ruotarlo verso l'alto e sfilarlo dal perno (A).
- Rimuovere la cinghia di trasmissione (4) dalla puleggia (B).
- Svitare le viti (5) e i dadi (6), rimuovere (sollevando) il movimento barra (8) dal corpo barra falciante (7).
- Svitare le viti (10) e i dadi (11), sfilare le rondelle (12) e togliere l'attacco barra (9), dal corpo barra falciante (7).
- Smontare la piastra superiore movimento lame (13), svitando le viti (14) e sfilando le rondelle (15)
- Tramite un perno infilato nel foro (C), sfilare la lama superiore (16).
- Capovolgere il corpo barra falciante (7)
- Smontare la piastra inferiore movimento lame (17), svitando le viti (18) e sfilando le rondelle (19).
- Tramite un perno infilato nel foro (D), sfilare la lama inferiore (20).
Dopo 2 o 3 affilature è consigliata la sostituzione delle lame.
Per rimontare le lame sulla barra occorre ripetere le operazioni sopra citate al contrario.
ATTENZIONE: Per fissare le piastre movimento lama superiore (13) e inferiore (17), applicare del serra filetti sulle viti (14) e (18). Si
consiglia di lubrificare le superfici di contatto delle lame (16) e (20) prima di rimontarle.
AFFILATURA DELLE LAME DI TAGLIO (fig.9):
consiglia non oltre le 15 ore di lavoro. A questo scopo la lama deve essere rimossa e pulita. Dopo avere verificato che i denti e le contro
lame non siano deformati, si può procedere all'affilatura. Generalmente viene utilizzato un affilatore manuale con ca.15000-20000 g/min.,
con punta affilante a testa piena di diametro 25 mm e lunghezza ca.35 mm. I denti della barra necessitano di un angolo di affilatura di
35°-40°; fare attenzione a non surriscaldarli troppo, perché perderebbero la durezza dovuta al trattamento termico. La punta del dente
non deve essere arrotondata (vedi figura).

HOW TO ASSEMBLY OF THE CUTTING BAR MOVEMENT TO THE CUTTER BAR (Fig. 1)
take out all the components and go on as follows :
- Unscrew the screws (2) and the nuts (3) from the cutter bar body (1)
- Take the bar movement (4) and insert it on the cutter bar body (1) making sure the holes (A) present on the movement (4) to match
with the holes (B) which are present on the cutter bar body. (1)
- Complete the fixing , screwing the screws again (2) and the nuts (3) which have previously been unscrewed.
CUTTER BAR ASSEMBLY (Fig. 2 - 2/A)

HOW TO ASSEMBLY THE COVER (Fig.3):

ATTENTION: always check the tool return springs (6) not to disengage during the assembly of the cover (1).
To remove the protective cover (1) it is enough to unscrew the nut (5), remove the washer (4), turn it upwards and remove it from the pin
