3.- If the device is highlighted in red, you need to correct your network configuration. In order to access
your configuration, you must change the IP address of your PC to the same network as the equipment
to be configured.
4.- To find out the current IP address of the device in red, double-click on it and the pop-up window will
display its IP address.
5.- Next, on your PC go to NETWORK AND INTERNET SETTINGS, select
the network connection you are using and modify the network settings
to be on the same network as the computer in red.
6.- Once it is on the same network as the device in red, in the DEVICE
INFORMATION tab of the DANTE CONTROLLER software, the
microphone will appear in black and the rest of the devices that
previously appeared in black will be highlighted in red.
NOTE: you may have to close and reopen the DANTE CONTROLLER.
7.- To change the network configuration of the Dante unit, double click
on it in the list. A pop-up window will open, select the NETWORK
SETTINGS tab and change your network settings. After setting the
desired configuration press APPLY, then RESET and close the window.
