CAMERA CONTROL

SERIAL TYPE: communication with the camera: RS-232 or RS-485.

CAMERA ADDRESS: address of the camera to be associated with the selected input channel.

PROTOCOL: communication protocol of the camera associated to the selected input channel.

CAMERA SPEED: PTZ speed adjustment of the camera.

Control buttons of the connected camera:
-
Movement buttons: up/down, right/left and diagonals.

ZOOM+/ZOOM-: zoom settings.
-
FOCUS-NEAR/FOCUS-FAR: focus adjustment.

IRIS+/IRIS-: aperture settings.
CAMERA PRESETS

PRESET: preset number to be activated in the camera.

CALL: sends the message to the camera to change preset.
-
SAVE: saves the CAMERA CONTROL settings of the selected camera in the selected preset.

CLEAR ALL: deletes all camera presets.
EXAMPLE OF A CAMERA CONNECTION
To make use of this functionality offered by this software, we must first connect the camera and configure
both the camera's communication parameters and those of the system. An example of a camera connection
is shown below (this example is made with a UV510A series Full HD PTZ camera).
NOTE: lease note that the connection ports and parameters used in the example may vary depending on the
brand and model of the camera used.
1.- Connect the camera to the matrix using 2 cables: RS-485(A) to the negative of the camera and RS-485(B)
to the positive.
