DSP MODULE - DELAY
With this module it is possible to insert a delay to the output channel.
Normally this is used to compensate for the time lag between signals due
to different wiring, location or processing, which causes a delay in some
signals with respect to others, so we must delay the rest so that all signals
are synchronised.
Its parameters are:
-
ms/m/feet: delay applied to the signal. This delay can be configured
in 3 ways: in milliseconds (ms), in metres (m) or in feet (ft).
When you enter the value in one of them, the same value converted to
the corresponding units will appear in the others. It is also possible to
change these values using the slider at the bottom.
-
ON/OFF: enables or disables the module. If OFF (disabled) the input
signal is not processed and is passed on to the next processing
module.
DSP MODULE - OUTPUT SETTING
This module allows basic output parameters to be set. It is a fixed
module and therefore does not consume one of the four available output
module slots.
Its parameters are:
-
PHASE: inverts the phase of the output signal by 180°. The button
will be lit blue when the phase shift is active.
-
MUTE: mutes output. The button will be lit red when the channel is
muted. In turn, the channel MUTE button at the bottom of the screen
will light up in the same way indicating the activation of this function.
