6 Assembly
6.1 Assembling the HF03 LG and
HF04 with bus coupler and
module extension
You will receive your individually configured HF03 LG or
HF04 series valve system completely fitted with all
components:
W
Valve terminals
W
Bus coupler
W
Module extension (max. three possible)
The operating instructions accompanying the VS describe
in full how to assemble the entire valve system. Any
mounting orientation may be used with the VS. The
dimensions of the complete VS vary according to module
equipment.
Bus couplers and module extensions can also be
ordered individually. Observe the information in the
corresponding operating instructions for the
installation of the modules.
The relevant installation dimensions of the individual
module extensions are shown as examples on pages 71
to 73.
6.2 Assembling the stand-alone
system with bus coupler and
module extension
You will receive your individually configured Stand-Alone
system completely fitted with all components:
W
Retaining bracket, left (for BDC B bus couplers) or end
plate (for CMS B modules)
W
Bus coupler
W
Module extension (max. three possible)
W
End plate for Stand-Alone system
The assembly of the bus coupler is described in detail in
the enclosed operating instructions for the bus coupler.
