Faulty wiring
Faulty wiring can lead to malfunctions as well as damage to
the bus system.
Unless otherwise stipulated, comply with the installation

guidelines and wiring recommendations for the
INTERBUS S from by Phoenix Contact (e.g. IBS SIG Part 1
UM or IBS SYS INST UM installation manual).
Only use cables that meet the field bus specifications as

Current flow in shield due to differences in potential
