ATTACHMENT OF THE INSERTS
Ablators must be used exclusively with the inserts provided, with original spare parts or
inserts approved by the manufacturer.
These are to be screwed down and tightened exclusively by way of the specific torque
wrench.
After having connected the handpiece to the hose, have it run for a few seconds so as
to obtain a constant nebulisation of the coolant fluid. The nebulisation of the water
varies with the power and the type of insert being used.
The insert attached to the ablator handpiece achieves the correct operational
frequency within just a few tenths of a second from the activation of the device. To
enable proper tuning, during this phase do not touch the surface of the tooth with the
point.
The handpieces with the P1 C1, and C4 tips must not operate perpendicularly nor
frontally to the tooth, but only tangentially with light lateral pressure, whilst the C2
inserts may also work perpendicularly to the surface of the tooth. The P1 insert must
be used at medium-low power.
With the specific inserts for dry operations operate at intervals no longer than 3
seconds.
