Installation of the ski binding

Drill the binding on the ski as described in
chapter 5.

Beast 16: first screw the safety catch (see figure 6.4)
of the toe piece to the ski manually (tool torx figure

Do not over-tighten the screws.
screw on heel part and toe piece to the ski with the
adjusting lever open (tool torx figure 4.14.)
Do not over-tighten the screws.

setting the pressure
• latch the ski boot in the toe piece of the binding.
• screw back the heel part at the pressure adjusting
screw with PZ 3 (figure 4.9) until a gap forms towards
the boot insert.
• latch the ski boot in the heel piece.

• Hold a paper strip of about 0.1 mm over the
release bolt (6.7).
• screw the heel piece to the boot until the paper
strip is caught.
• then turn the screw back until the paper strip
drops out.
• Put the boot in several times and check if the strip
falls out.

Perforar la unión en el esquí como se describe

Beast 16: Primero, atornillar manualmente el la pieza
de seguridad (véase la imagen 6.4) de la mordaza
frontal en el esquí (tool torx imagen 4.14.)
no apretar demasiado el tornillo
atornillar el talón y la mordaza frontal en el esquí con
la palanca de ajuste abierta (tool torx imagen 4.14.)
no apretar demasiado el tornillo
Montaje Beast 14 mordaza frontal como en el capítulo
7 (radical2)
ajustar el apriete
• Con la bota de esquí en la mordaza frontal, encajar
lel sistema de fijación.
• aflojar el tornillo de ajuste com PZ3 (imagen 4.9)
hasta que haya holgura en relación al insert de la
bota.
• encajar la bota de esquí en el talón.
• sujetar una tira de papel a aprox. 0,1mm por encima
del clavijas de desenganche (6.7).
• atornillar el talón a la bota hasta que el papel esté
sujeto.
• Por último, aflojar el tornillo hasta que la tira de
papel se caiga.
• Volver a colocar la bota y comprobar si la tira se papel
se ha caído.

Montage de la fixation du ski

Percer la fixation sur le ski en procédant de la
manière décrite dans le chapitre 5.

Beast 16: D'abord serrer à fond à la main l'élément de
blocage (voir figure 6.4) de la butée sur le ski
(outil torx, figure 4.14.)
ne pas forcer les vis
Vissez les talonnières et les butées avec levier de ver-
rouillage ouvert. (outil torx, figure 4.14)

réglage de la pression
• enclencher la chaussure de randonnée dans la butée
de la fixation.
• Desserrer la vis de réglage de la pression sur la
talonnière à l'aide d'un outil PZ 3 (figure 4.9) jusqu'à
ce qu'il y ait suffisament de jeu par rapport à l'insert
de la chaussure.
• tenir une bande de papier d'env. 0,1 mm d'épaisseur
au-dessus des fourche à ressort (6.7).
• Déplacer la talonnière de la chaussière jusqu'à ce
que la bande de papier soit coincée.
• Desserrer ensuite la vis jusqu'à ce que la bande de
papier tombe.
• enclencher à nouveau la chaussure et vérifier que le
papier tombe.
