An input ( A or B) e.g. for connection of a key.
An output for a LED (A or B) which e.g. indicates a switching status.
Each function module can be switched to different functions via the software. There are
further parameters for each function module e.g. for activating counting routines or for
the changing-over of functions after the thread trimming.

7.1.7 Master Reset at the DA220C Controls

All parameter values which were altered in relation to the preset values are returned to
the preset values by a master reset.
Turn the main switch off.
Press the "P" key, hold down and turn the main switch on until "C.o.d." is shown.
Release the "P" key.
Enter the code number for the "Technician Level". See Chapter 7.1.4.
Press the "E" key. The parameter "1.0.0." is shown.
Press the "E" key. The value of the parameter "1.0.0." is shown.
Set the value to 170.
Press the "P" key twice.
Turn the main switch off.
Turn the main switch on after a short wait. All parameters, except 1.1.1., 1.6.1.,
1.7.0., 1.7.1. and 1.9.0. to 1.9.3., have the preset values again.

ATTENTION!
The changing of the parameter values must be conducted
very carefully because incorrectly set drive controls can
damage the machine!
ATTENTION!
At a master reset several parameters such as e.g. 1.7.0.
(reference position), 1.7.1. (needle position) and 1.6.1.
(motor direction of rotation) are not reset.
After a master reset all machine-specific parameters
must be set as per the parameter sheet again. See
Chapter 7.1.6.
