NOTE:
Sw itch OFF pow er to the coffee maker before disconnecting the
programmer.
ACTIONS REQUIRED TO RECTIFY ERROR
► A component in the heater system is not

functioning. Check the thermal cutoff and heater
unit.
► A component of the water system is not
functioning. Check the water pump, flow meter and
valves.
► The harness is not connected to the control b oard.
Reconnect the harness.
► The harness is not connected to the control b oard.
Reconnect the harness.
► The temperature harness is not connected to the
control b oard. Reconnect the harness or check the
temperature prob e.
► The whipper b owl has overflowed. Open the top
cover and clean the milk overflow b y pouring water
directly onto the deflector underneath the whipper
bowl. If necessary, use a small b rush (and water)
to clean the milk overflow.
► The whipper motor is not working. Check the motor
or wiring.
► The coffee maker is detecting two (or more)
selections at once. Clean sensors on selection
board or replace selection b oard.
► Waste b in may b e full.
► Pod may b e stuck on shelf b elow the b rewer
(inside the machine). Verify and clear pod.
► The option circuit b oard must b e replaced.
► In some cases, a software upgrade may correct the
prob lem.
