Sensor Boards
1. Disconnect the wiring harness from the sensor board.
2. Remove the fasteners securing the board. Some boards are simply clipped
in place and do not have fasteners.
3. Remove the sensor board and replace it with a new one.
4. Secure the replacement board in p lace (the milk conveyor sensor boards
come with new ratchet fasteners – discard the ol d fasteners and use the
new ones provi ded). Some boards are simply clipped in place and do not
have fasteners.
5. Connect the wiring harness to the sensor board.
Cup Warmer (Professional Model)
Instructions are provided with the replacement cup warmer. Please follow these
instructions carefully.
The cup warmers can only be used on the Espresso Café
Professional model. They cannot be installed on a regular model
as they are not compatible.
Once the cup warmers are installed, they require a 72 hour cure
time at ambient temperature for the adhesive to set. DO NOT use
them for 72 hours or they will not adhere properly.
