Cleaning the Milk Conveyor
If a Wet/Dry vacuum (Shop-Vac type) is not available, the milk conveyor must be
removed fro m the machine for sanitizing.
Manual Cleaning of the Milk Conveyor
NOTE:
removing the cover and/or the contour panel.
1. With the top cover already opened, remove the vacuum cap fro m the top of
the conveyor (figure 3 on previous page).
2. Disconnect the wiring fro m the upper and lower IR (infrared) sensors -four
connections (figure 4).
3. Open the wiring clip on the right side of the conveyor and remove the
wiring harness from the clip.
4. Using a Philips screwdriver with a long shaft, remove the four screws
securing the conveyor assembly to the base (figure 5).

5. Lift the conveyor assembly up a few inches and carefully disconnect the
power wires and the ground wire fro m the dispenser motor.
6. With the conveyor assembly out of the coffee maker, remove the four
screws securing the motor to the bottom of the conveyor using a Philips
screwdriver.
