Replacing Major Components
Milk Conveyor and Dispenser Motor
NOTE:
removing the cover and contour panel.
1. Dislodge the control board assembly fro m the base.
2. Disconnect the wiring fro m the upper and lower IR (infrared) sensors.
3. Remove the four screws securing the conveyor assembly to the base.
4. Lift the conveyor assembly and disconnect the power wires to the
dispenser motor.
NOTE:
to connect or di s connect the motor power w i r es.
5. If replacing the dispenser motor, with the conveyor assembly out of the
coffee maker, remove the four screws securing the motor to the bottom of
the conveyor.
NOTE:
conveyor may come off. Set it aside as it is still required.
6. Install the new dispenser motor to the bottom of the conveyor, making sure
the coupling inside the conveyor is also installed.
7. After servicing the conveyor system, connect the wiring to the lower IR
sensors and the power wires to the dispenser motor.
8. Install the conveyor assembly onto the base with four screws.
9. Reconnect the wiring to the upper IR (infrared) sensors.
10. Re-install the control board assembly to the base.
