4.3 ASSEMBLAGGIO
ALBERO CARDANICO
(OPT)
A
L'albero cardanico fornito con la macchi-
na, è di lunghezza standard.
Si può quindi rendere necessario l'adatta-
mento dell'albero cardanico tra la macchi-
na e la trattrice.
Se l'albero cardanico è troppo lungo oc-
corre provvedere al suo accorciamento
seguendo le istruzioni riportate nel ma-
nuale di istruzioni dell'albero cardanico.
In caso di smarrimento del manuale di
istruzioni dell'albero cardanico rivolgersi
al costruttore dell'albero cardanico o alla
ORSI GROUP S.R.L.
Procedere come segue:
• Misurare la distanza minima A tra l'incavo
della PDF della trattrice e l'incavo della
PDF della macchina, IN TUTTE LE POS-
SIBILI POSIZIONI DI LAVORO (Fig.18).

• Misurare la distanza dell'albero carda-
nico nella posizione di MINIMA ESTEN-
SIONE B (albero cardanico tutto chiuso).
• La misura B deve essere minore rispetto
alla distanza A di minimo 15 mm:
Se l'albero cardanico tutto chiuso risulta
essere più lungo rispetto alla misura B
sopra riportata, prima di procedere al ta-
glio dei tubi metallici e delle protezioni,
occorre controllare che nella posizione
di MASSIMA ESTENSIONE del cardano
i tubi metallici interni rimangano sovrap-
posti di una lunghezza S min rispetto alle
indicazioni date dai costruttori del cardano
(Fig.20).
Se la sovrapposizione risulta minore con-
tattare la ORSI GROUP S.R.L.

4.3 ASSEMBLAGE
CARDANIC TREE
(OPT)
The cardan shaft supplied with the machi-
ne is of standard length.
It may therefore be necessary to adapt the
cardan shaft between the machine and the
tractor.
If the cardan shaft is too long, it must be
shortened by following the instructions gi-
ven in the instruction manual of the cardan
shaft.
In case of loss of the instruction manual of
the cardan shaft, contact the manufacturer
of the cardan shaft or the ORSI GROUP
S.R.L.
Proceed as follows:
• Measure the minimum distance A betwe-
en the groove of the tractor PDF and the
groove of the machine PDF, IN ALL POS-
SIBLE WORKING POSITIONS (Fig.18).
• Measure the distance of the PTO shaft in
the position of MINIMUM EXTENSION B
(PTO shaft completely closed).
• Measure B must be less than the distan-
ce A of at least 15 mm:
B < A – 15 mm (Fig.19)
B <A - 15 mm (Fig. 19)
if the cardan shaft completely closed is
be longer than measure B above, befo-
re proceeding to cutting metal pipes and
protections, it is necessary to check that in
the position of MAXIMUM EXTENSION of
the cardan the internal metal pipes remain
overlapping a length S min compared to
the indications given by the manufacturers
of the cardan (Fig. 20).
If the overlap is less, contact the ORSI
GROUP S.R.L.
